During our time in Ecuador, we were able to participate in an Elderly Spa Day! Most of the elderly in Ecuador are taken advantage of by their family and mistreated. We wanted to show these women that they matter so much to the Lord and that he is good! 

As the women came, we washed their feet and gave them a pedicure. We also gave them a shoulder massage and they got a manicure. One woman in our group knew how to cut hair, so the women could also get their hair washed and cut if they wanted. 

It was really a humbling experience to wash the feet of these women. One unexpected blessing was the fact that there were 2 men who were working in the back lot cutting down brush with a machete. One of our team members invited them to come and get their feet washed. During this time, the gospel was presented and these men came to know the Lord thru the washing of their feet! 

The group that came also had 100 pairs of donated adjustable reading glasses that was given out.

God is still moving in Ecuador!
