We are really excited for this week in Ecuador! The entire group has arrived safe, sound and ready to work hard here at the Salvation Army base in Guayaquil, Ecuador. 

Jamos and I arrived on Thursday and have had a great time meeting with the Captain and Pastor of this Salvation Army base. They are a beautiful family that has fed us really well. 

This week the group will be painting, clearing a field, and assisting with the compassion international feeding program that takes place. We will also be pampering the elderly with "spa" like services such as nail painting and hair washing. Of course, those are our plans for the week. You never know what The Lord has in store for us as his plans are always the best plans and we will seek his plan for the week. 

We are beginning this week with THANKFUL hearts as we serve here in Ecuador! More stories to come very shortly.
